The view from the garden was amazing. Jacopo was very informative about the wine making process, how to pair them with food, and how to tell the quality of the wines made in Italy. Each wine that he brought out had its own distinct flavor based on the process of how it was made and it made the experience more enjoyable. If you haven't had a chance to try some Italian wine but are interested, this is a great place to start!

For the last 10 years we’ve been reaching for new flavours and experieces at our restaurant, Vecchio Mulino Beach, located few step away from Garda Lake. Vecchio Mulino Lab, a 200 square meters open space kitchen, fully equiped with the latest tecnologies on the market, born to be “an amusement park for curious chefs “, is open from 2017, and since 2018 we opened our doors for different Cooking Workshops. During this 4 hour "Cook n' Eat Workshop": Learn how to make different kinds of bruschetta. 3 kinds of fresh colourfull pasta from scratch! Spinach ravioli filled with ricotta cheese, tagliatelle & pappardelle. Prepare meat bolognese, how to personalize cheeses and other different sauces. How to present the plates to your guests like a real chef. Our classic Italian dessert: Tiramisu and it’s variations. Once the meal is done, sit down and indulge in this amazing meal, complemented with some nice Italian local wine.

This is something different in Lake Garda. It’s good fun and you learn how to cook at the same time. The best bit is eating it all at the end around the table with a glass of Prosecco! The room is an air conditioned lab and everything is provided. Here are some Photos of what we made.
