We had a great walking tour with Carlos! We wanted to learn more about the history of Lima, and he was very knowledgeable, pointing out architectural details we would otherwise have missed. And he was considerate, too\u2014we were late getting to our appointment due to a travel mix-up, but he was waiting for us and there was no stress involved. Highly recommended!

Awesome tour - sights and narration. Omar was a gracious host. His knowledge of Cusco city, region, and culture is vast. His knowledge of the history buried in the mural of Peru was astonishing. He connected ancient Peru with the present.

Cannot say enough great things about this tour. We had only a short time in Cusco so we did the one day tour from Cusco including Machu Picchu and the hike of Huayna Picchu. Joseth met with us at our hostel the day before our tour to give us our tickets, go over the day and answer any questions we may have had. The next morning at exactly 4am, a van was at our hostel waiting to taking us to the train station (shoutout to William the driver!) William made sure we found the train ok and then as soon as we got off the train in Aguas Calientes, our tour guide Andre was waiting for us. It was a private tour with Andre who was absolutely fantastic. Not only was the tour informational, Andre also covered all the really interesting cultural aspects of Machu Picchu. After a wonderful tour, Andre reviewed with us how to get back to Aguas Calientes and to our train on time. He left us at the base of Huayna Picchu to hike it. We had lunch in Aguas Calientes and made our way back to the train. At the station, there was another driver waiting for us who dropped us off at our hostel at the end of the day (around 8:30 PM). Joseth checked on us via WhatsApp during the trip to make sure everything was running smoothly. All of the staff was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend!

For the traveler who only has a few hours to spare, this tour, coined "The Perfect Snapshot of Lima" by previous guests, covers it all. Compare and contrast colonial Lima, with the modern district of Miraflores along with the fun and bohemian seaside town of Barranco. From high above the Pacific Ocean you will look down upon the iconic "Green Coast" as it boasts both contemporary city life with rudimentary shanty towns; you won't believe how much ground we will cover in just five short hours. If you can give us an additional hour of your time, we can add on a stop for the most delicious local sandwiches and exotic juices to make your half day or lay over tour just perfect!
Inclusions: All taxes, fees and handling charges, Local guide, Hotel pickup and drop-off (from districts of San Isidro, Miraflores & Barranco - all others please see: Exclusions), Private tour, Transport by air-conditioned private vehicle
Exclusions: Gratuities, Lunch - If La Lucha & Kennedy Park add-on is selected, client will be responsible for lunch consumption. The additional pricing is to cover the extra hour that will be added on to the tour.
Our day led by Gabriella was well worth the extra expense of a private rather than group tour. Her enthusiasm and knowledge about the Lima's history, neighborhoods and cultural buildings made for a great orientation to the city. The itinerary was well organized given the volume of vehicle traffic, we also had ample time at each site, and never felt rushed. It's an excellent tour whether you have just a single day in Lima, or if you have more time later on to explore on your own. Thanks again!
