We got lucky a had a chance to taste Fresh Ricotta cheese ???? it's not made every day. Afternoon in Antica Corte Pallavicina ... The Culatello museum. We got to find out about the history of the castle, region, black pigs, culatello and the Maestro Guiseppe Verdi. It's located in beside Po river in secluded fairy tale location. We got to taste all the cheese's, meats and salami. Thank you Michelle we couldn't think of better tour. ???????????? ????????????

In september I joined the cheese, ham and balsamic Food tour together with 2 friends. It was only the three of us. Laura picked us up by car, she was a very safe Driver. We drove to the three places and saw all of them in half a day. Very friendly People with local productions - a real and authentic italian feeling!
