I had an 80 minute hot stone massage with Penny. I have had many massages and this was the best. Pressure was good and such attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to book another treatment with her. The spa itself matched my experience with the massage. Lovely atmosphere and even though I was only having one treatment, I was invited to participate in the amenities for as long as I wanted: steam room, sauna, whirlpool, relaxation room. All were beautifully appointed. The staff was also very helpful and top notch. All in all a delightful experience!

I put blind faith in PCYA by booking two events in advance and boy was I ever rewarded with some of the most epic adventures of all time! Yoga Silks at Blue Sky Ranch and Hike with Paddleboard Yoga in the Crater. First, Blake is an amazing host and instructor. He truly makes his guests/students feel pampered and taken care of. He has endless patience and is a whole lot of fun too! He truly made both experiences exceptional. Second, the blue sky arena is magical, it was very special to have the whole place to ourselves. Our first time trying silks, Blake made it easy with expert instruction and awesome photo skills too! He even had hot tea and snacks. Full service! Don’t miss brunch at the blue sky restaurant after. Their cocktails and food are not to be missed! Finally, the crater yoga is a can not miss experience. It was challenging and also magical. To sink into the mineral water and be wrapped in Mother Earth was such a comforting and unique experience. I could truly do this 2-3 times a week if I lived closed. Do not miss that experience! Thanks for making our trip so memorable PCYA. I’ll refer any and all coming to the area. Must do!

Trudee is truly the best, all of the reviews are right. She welcomed me into the class and got to know me as well as tailored the session to help my physical needs. Spending the rest of the day with the Spa pass really made it the best way to start the new year. Thank you so much Trudee!

My friend and I treated ourselves to an amazing day at The Spa Hotel Park City. Its been years since I had a facial and Molly was exceptional. I have extremely sensitive skin and am prone to contact dermatitis. Molly listened intently to my needs, and her recommendations were spot on. Its been almost a week and my skin is still glowing! I had the O2 Lift Facial.

The original and best heated Power Vinyasa in Park City! Our goal at Tadasana Yoga Studio is to create and grow a community of yoga practitioners. Tadasana's professional team of teachers provide a high level of expertise and support to encourage students of all levels to achieve physical, mental and spiritual well-being through the practice of yoga.
A friend and I took a class at Tadasana while visiting PC/Canyons for a ski vacation week. The yoga instructor was welcoming, studio was clean, class great (especially challenging for an out of shape skier who had just skied 5 days!). Given it was a Baptiste affiliate (or I had thought it was), I expected more heat and humidity than there was. I was sufficiently challenged by class standing sequences given aforementioned tired ski muscles, so less heat/humidity was not a problem.

I took three classes here and was so happy to have found this hidden gem in PC! There were two days I decided not to ski with the rest of the family, so I searched yoga studios in the area and found The Shop. It’s conveniently located a three minute drive away from PC Mountain Resort and the price is very reasonable at a $7 minimum donation. The building is a small, commercial looking brick building, but the HUGE space inside is incredible with its many windows lighting up the studio, large practice space, big bathroom with a shower, and even a kitchen area stocked with teas and other sundries. Everything was spotless and well maintained. There is parking in the back and parking off premises as well. I loved the energy of the studio itself but especially the instructors. There is something so organic and inspiring about the instructors I had, that it prompted me to come back to take a third class just because I loved it so much here. I stuck with Level 2 classes, which were quite different from the Level 2s I take in NY; I loved the new challenges on my body and will incorporate them into my practice at home.
