Rome wasn't built in a day--and you'll need much more than a day to take in this timeless city. The city is a real-life collage of piazzas, open-air markets, and astonishing historic sites. Toss a coin into the Trevi Fountain, contemplate the Colosseum and the Pantheon, and sample a perfect espresso or gelato before spending an afternoon shopping at the Campo de’Fiori or Via Veneto. Enjoy some of the most memorable meals of your life here, too, from fresh pasta to succulent fried artichokes or a tender oxtail stew.

Italian cookery school in the centre of Rome. Fresh pasta, pizza, gelato & more in a historical setting. In Rome Cooking; a deliciously unique experience.
My family signed up for the Pizza and Gelato class - it was so amazing, informative and fun that it made our trip - Chef Filippo was incredible and made the experience so amazing that we cancelled our tour of Firenze the next day and signed up for the Market 4 course Meal class especially because Chef Filippo taught it - we met at the marketplace with 2 other couples we had never met before and decided on our meals for the day - Filippo guided us through this incredible Roman market and to his selected butcher shops to gather our provisions, after which we went to the classroom/kitchen where we all had a hand in preparing our appetizer, entree, salad and dessert - handmaking pasta, eggplant parmigiana, gelato and enjoying it with our new best friends - an unforgettable experience and the finest meals we had - Bravo Chef Filippo! Grazie!!

The Cappella Orsini Chapel was built in the 12th century on the ruins of the theater of Pompeus the Great, where Julius Caesar was murdered. Cappella Orsini is now a culture club center focused on exhibitions, concerts, and special dinners and opera events, evoking the building's history.
We want to share an experience with you, walking excursions through the historical center of Rome discovering its scents and traditional flavors. We will bring you to our favorite places, hidden among the narrow streets where together we will taste the best quality food and wine. The family atmosphere that these ageless and authentic places offer is constantly present.
