BEACH SCHEDULE* June 21 to August 27, 2017 : Every day from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. September 2-4, 2017 : Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. - The beach is closed on Wednesday July 19, 2017 - The beach is closed on Saturday August 19, 2017 - The beach opens at noon on August 26, 2017. * The schedule can be affected by weather conditions. The Parc Jean-Drapeau also offers many outdoor activities like kilometres of cycling paths including the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve, public art, colourful gardens and walking trails that provide an amazing view of downtown Montreal. In addition to having the Casino de Montreal, La Ronde, Stewart Museum and Biosphere all located on site, it hosts major cultural and sport events like OSHEAGA and GPF1 Canada. Parc Jean-Drapeau has one of the finest outdoor Aquatic Complexes in Canada! The Aquatic Complex, which was renovated in 2005, has three pools: an international calibre competition pool, a diving pool and a gradual-slope recreational pool with a cushioned rubber mat designed for young children's comfort and safety. A new feature this year will allow people of all ages to enjoy the new shade areas set up around the pools. Whether it's for a family swim, freshening up and spending some time lolling in the sun, or doing some laps, the Aquatic Complex's recreation pool has something to please every swimming enthusiast.
