Scenic five-mile hiking trail of the gods.
we wanted to complete the combined Adonis and Aphrodite trail. To do so, park at the Aphrodite Baths car park and walk back along the road to the start of the Adonis nature trail. Follow the path up and keep to the red dots, there are a couple of occasions where it seems more obvious to take a different route but look for the red dots and you can't go wrong. You'll come a trail cross roads with sign posts, now follow the Aphrodite trail, you'll climb up another mountain and see the blue lagoon from the top. The path then winds it's way down the coast and eventually to the Baths of Aphrodite and then back to the car park. Walk this way round starting with the Adonis trail for the best views of the coast, you'll miss out if you walk the other way

A great hike with spectacular vistas. Path is clearly marked and well maintained. Easy to get to from Latchi & Polis. Highly recommend

The views are great along this trail, and it is not very difficult. It's wonderful mid February and early spring with the many wild flowers around, cyclamens etc.

Minthis is a beautiful and challenging course that winds its way past a 12th-century monastery with breath-taking views of the Cyprus Troodos Mountains and beyond. The 18-hole championship course boasts outstanding holes where views and vistas are a distinctive feature, organically following the natural undulations of the topography, looping past water features and ancient groves, with hundreds of olive trees, fruit orchards and grapevines with the mountains in the distance beyond. Designed by legendary golf architect Donald Steel in 1994 and renovated by renowned course designers Mackenzie and Ebert, the course is a flawless example of their philosophy that golf courses should fit into the terrain, be in keeping with their setting and focus on the details.
From the moment you enter the pro shop you are greeted with wonderful, helpful staff. The guys in the caddie shop couldn't be more helpful and welcoming, nothingbisctoo much trouble. I love playing up here because the greens are in wonderful condition and everyone you come across on the course is so welcoming. Over the many years I have played up here I have nothing but great memories, from all the staff but also the panoramic views you are afforded on your round. The bar and restaurant has a wonderful ambience and the food is also superb. You will certainly not be disappointed if you decide to pay Minthis Hills a visit.

I got the bus from Polis to visit this lovely place. You have the option of walking along the well maintained path directly to the baths (a natural pool fed by a waterfall) or diverting to the left immediately after the entrance and walking around the circular nature trail which I found to be well worthwhile (good shoes required). The baths are great cool oasis on a hot day and there are well maintained paths and steps leading to them. When I visited it was free to enter. I f you feel farly energetic, you can take the nature trail walk back rather than turning back to the entrance. Oh and there ae coffee and delicous ice cream kiosks before the entrance. I finished my visit off with a visit to the beach (down some steps behind Aphrodite's hotel taverna just down the road) for a refreshing dip followed by a nice inexpensive liunch at the taverna overlooking the beatiful sea.
