Once known for smog, traffic and tacky architecture, Athens is a city reformed thanks to fortunes brought by the 2004 Summer Olympics. Spotless parks and streets, an ultra-modern subway, new freeways, an accessible airport and all signs in perfect English make the city easily negotiable. Meriting more than a stopover en route to the islands, sophisticated Athens sites include many pillars of Western history, from the Acropolis to the Temple of Olympian Zeus, as well as treasures in the National Archaeological Museum.

Ziggy Cocktail Bar, “the little brother” of Mint All Day Bar, was born in June 2019. It opens its doors daily and early in the morning and is waiting for you to start your day enjoying your morning taf coffee. During the day you can relax by choosing from fine varieties of tea, herbs and natural juices as well as a variety of bagels and refined sweets, ready to satisfy even the most demanding palate. Our up-to-date cellar and the Ziggy's Cocktails are honored throughout the day, accompanied daily by early DJs with happy moods and special music.

Red lion Pub is the first and oldest pub in Athens. Established in 1971, the Red Lion is still a reference point of the Athenian nightlife and despite its years, it has continued to offer its services to all its friends and customers. In a family-like atmosphere, you can enjoy your beer, drinks, some food or a Darts game, always accompanied by classic rock music of the 70s-80s at low intensity.
