Sorhay is an amazing woman. She was prompt, friendly and just all around amazing!! Very knowledgeable about Panama and made us feel like family. She could see what an amazing time I was having and made sure I got my fill. I can't thank her enough for the wonderful memories! At least this was one thing that we could still do with everything closed because of the virus. Sorhay was wonderful and having a private tour made it even better!! Best tour I have ever booked!!!

We will sail along Lake Alajuela, enjoying a natural environment of great beauty. We will reach the Chagres River and approach one of its waterfalls so that you can admire a beautiful waterfall in the middle of the jungle. The tour will continue to visit an emberá community. We will know the culture of this town, which moved from their ancestral lands in Colombia in the eighteenth century. The embera will offer us a welcome dance and explain their traditions and way of life. We will discover how they manufacture their canoes and dresses, and you will be able to observe pieces of crafts made with minerals and woods from the jungle. To regain strength, we will taste a lunch embera based on fruits, river fish and patacones.

Excellent experience and the best thing we've done near Panama City! Our guide Eustacio came to pick us up right from our apartment in Panama City and was brilliant! He spoke great English, was super friendly and was knowledgeable about the region and the wildlife. We saw three different types of monkeys, many different birds, and got to feed the capuchins a little from the boat. It was obvious that Eustacio respected the nature and wasn't trying to exploit the animals. When we got a little unlucky with the monkeys to begin with, we stayed out longer than planned and visited extra areas to make sure we got to see them.

Not too far from the modern Panama City but remote enough to enjoy a wonderfull tour in the way of the Darien Jungle. Meet indigenous people at the Mudugandi port where we will navigate in an artificial Dam that produces energy and be amazed by the vast biodiversity which constitutes a vital part of a biological corridor, which connects North and South America. It is an amazing place to visit accompanied by our bilingual Speleology guide and the local Embera indigenous guide as well. We will walk inside of the Cave through the underground river for a couple of hours enjoying the speleothems formed by Volcanic rocks, limestone and some corals.

This was a perfect side trip to our stay in the city. Claudio picked us up at the hotel on time, gave us some interesting history of Panama on the ride out to the boat and got the monkeys to eat out of our hands! It was the right amount of time and with the right guide. Can’t recommend it enough.

Dennis was a great tour guide. It’s super nice to have a private tour and someone to inform you of the country and canal history, instead of simply watching a boat go by and leaving. Dennis also took us out to Old City and the Bay to see the city from another angle.

Recently we went to Panama for our family holidays, right now Panama is one of the most secure countries in Central America with the COVID situation, being a small country they have the pandemic very well controlled, that’s the main reason we’ve chosen this country over the others in our «must visit» list. We stayed at American Trade Hotel, located only one block away from the departing point of this tour so it fit us perfectly, we wanted to know the Old Town and we ended up making a new good friend, Felix, our tour guide. He did an amazing job, showed everything around and even made sure to show us the best spots in town to visit at night. I highly recommend using Panama Vibes services. Greetings, Yoan
