We've heard Toronto described as "New York City run by the Swiss," and it's true—you can find world-class theater, shopping and restaurants here, but the sidewalks are clean and the people are friendly. The best place to start is literally at the top—the CN Tower, the tallest freestanding structure in the Western Hemisphere.

One of the other oldest comic book stores in Toronto, The Beguiling is my go-to place for indie comics, local books, comic events, and rare/hard to find books. They carry a lot of indie work and can usually order things for you if need be. These are also the people who organize the Toronto Comic Arts Festival. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. Would totally recommend!

We stepped into this life changing vortex the first night of our weekend. My son, my daughter and I. It was the best part of our trip! We made sure to go back the night before we left. It has a bit of everything..... crystals, singing bowls, clothes, pictures and posters, books, food.... it will most definitely be my first and last stop in Toronto.

This upscale shop offers warm friendly service. They explained and showed how their hats are made in house and have many if their creations on display, each a work of art, like a sculpture. They offer custom sizing and designs too. What a neat place to come across whether to window shop or buy!
You'll find current styles at hard-to-beat prices at this neighborhood shoe store.
The Arts Market is a one-of-a-kind shopping experience! We were rated by the Toronto Star as one of the top ten markets in Toronto! We rent booth space to local artisans for 4 weeks at a time. Every dollar you spend goes to a local maker. Each location boasts over 50 local, Toronto-based artists selling a mixture of their handmade wares. With that, we have a wide variety of gift-centric products!
