Hartig Yoga brings Yoga classes to 2 gorgeous settings in Palm Cove. Classes take place on in front of Alamanda Resort on Palm Cove Beach and on Sarayi Hotel Rooftop. All of our morning classes are at the beach and our evening classes are on Sarayi Rooftop. Beach Yoga Classes take place- Monday 8-9am & 9.30-10.30am, Tuesday 9.30 - 10.30am, Wednesday 7.30 - 8.40am, Thursday 8-9am, Friday 6.15-7.15am and 7.30am - 8.40am , Saturday 7.30 - 8.40am and Sunday 7.30am-8.40am. Monday and Wednesday evenings are 6-7pm and are on Sarayi Rooftop. 5 and 10 Class Passes are available. Everybody welcome. Classes are suited for Beginner to Intermediate yogis. Booking is essential.
