For 2 beginners this was an eventful 2 hour insight into the wonderful world of Muay Thai. We arrived at 7.45am and started to warm up by doing 20mins of skipping followed by some technical stuff in the mirror including setup, stance, jab, hook and kick. I have arch problems in my foot but this wasn't a problem as they let me wear my shoes while I trained. Next up was some 1on1 punching and kicking which was fun. Towards the end we done some group core work with all 40+ participants. The trainer's were really nice and patient with us throughout. For 350 baht each we got 2.5 hours of a solid workout. What more could we ask for. Great spot would definitely try it again. Tough.

The success we've had as a business is a result of the high standards we uphold every single day. We don't just provide scooters. We give the customer an experience. A chance to see incredible places and do amazing things. Find out why customers who choose us consistently come back for more.
We went to a different rental company first and we didn’t get any training other than how to go forward and how to stop. At Vespai, however, I was taught thoroughly how to turn and drive safely. After the quick lesson, I felt confident on the road. In England I had never ridden a moped before, so at first it was quite daunting. The lesson was under 30 minutes, meaning we got it for no additional cost. It was a little irritating that the guy was making me do turn after turn making sure I was doing it right, but we understood how important it was that I knew how to properly, so we completely got it! The bike itself was in quite good condition and the guy made sure we went through all scuffs and scrapes the bike had with him before we took it, so we were confident he wasn’t trying to con us! Having the bike made exploring Pai so much easier so we would recommend renting one from Vespai! It is inexpensive and fun!

Amazing scenery and superb views. Be careful because there are some steep trails and the trails can be slippery after rain.

Nice gentle hike most of the way, one steep incline for ~10 minutes near the top, took about 2 and a half hours to get to the top, easy path to follow up along the river with many crossings of ankle deep water. Fun climb up along the side of the waterfall. Bear in mind there's no where to buy food/drink so best to carry your own. It rained on our way to the bottom and things did get a little slippery, all the more fun for us since it wasn't steep at that point. Not a difficult hike, would definitely recommend!

Following on from the Land Split, outside Pai centre on a scooter, we decided to check out another waterfall. Apart from some dodgy roads on the way down to the waterfall we felt it was definitely worth the 40 bath entrance fee. Although not spectacular in power, the sheer face cliffs and it's almost hidden character gives this waterfall something different. You can bathe close to it and there are a few good photo locations. Not very touristy when we were there so would recommend, peaceful little spot.
