There is an interesting history attached to this peaceful shrine that was built single-handed lay by one monk many years ago. It is a short walk from the outdoor chapel to visit each of the shrines dedicated to several saints. In another area nearby are the Stations of the Cross. A small gift shop at the rear of the chapel was of particular interest to the Catholics in our group. Some bought candles to light at the altar. If you’re looking for peace and tranquility, this is a good place to go. It is supported solely by donations.

We believe in family first. In helping the community. In positive attitudes. In smiles even before coffee, and mimosas even before noon. We believe in happiness. In tears of joy. In hugs and friendship, and most of all, that we’re all a big family here. We do this by offering Pacific a consignment & boutique store that’s unlike any other. We listen to your stories. We give hugs. Come see us today
This combination of an upscale consignment boutique, a place for vendors to sell their wares (like all natural soaps and beauty products, professionally refinished furniture...), and unique new items for sale (like adorable Christmas ornaments) is absolutely amazing. I got Coach purse, a matching pair of Coach shoes, an adorable hand made cat bed, all natural soap that made my skin feel great, a and a pair of True Religion jeans for less $$ than the jeans would have cost me brand new. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were also a couple of great restaurants and an adorable coffee shop in the area. Two thumbs up!

Stayed at the Holiday Inn (holidome) and only had to drive a mile or 2 to enjoy the great lights at Santa's wonderland. Kids really enjoyed the lights, lighted tinnels and all the characters along the road. Take your time and don't let the other cars push you to go through to fast. It was $23 for a car load.
