Thunderbird is operated with the philosophy that your time is valuable! Our nine-hole golf course is open until 10 PM (Schedule Depending) allowing you to play under the lights at a time that fits your schedule. We are the only golf course in Ontario to do so. Five reasons to visit Thunderbird! 1. It’s fast – Our nine hole par-3 course is perfect for a quick round before work, on the weekend as a fun activity with kids, or even at night 2. It’s convenient – In the heart of Kanata, and only 25 minutes from downtown Ottawa, Thunderbird is easily accessible 3. It’s fun – Thunderbird was the first golf course in Ottawa to introduce FootGolf, and, is the only course in the province where you can play under the lights 4. It’s affordable – Golf at Thunderbird can be played for as low as $1 per hole 5. It’s the best place for recreation in Ottawa – Our Summer Sports camps, soccer partnership, and golf course make Thunderbird an idyllic place for recreation, no matter your age!

I have golfed at Centennial multiple times in the past. It’s a beautiful golf course that is well maintained. The owners are very nice and sandwiches and drinks are available for purchase inside if you forgot to bring lunch. Many of the holes are parallel to each other so less experienced golfers may find themselves in other holes’ fairways, but it’s often not too busy so this is rarely a problem. The back nine have a lot of water hazards and are a lot narrower then the front nine. The course in general is quite forgiving. Just don’t forget the bug spray!

Loch March Golf & Country Club is exclusively public. We offer you the quality, service and facilities of an exclusive club. Loch March is a country club accessible to you at any time. Whether it's just for the day, once a month or you can choose us as your home course.
Planned my very first Employee Golf Tournament at Loch March Golf and Country Club. The professionalism and helpfulness of all staff was amazing and they made me look like I organized these events all the time! Even with the mistakes I made, their "we will work with it" and "can do" attitude allowed the day to go off without a hitch. It was a gorgeous day and the course was absolutely beautiful. The compliments are still rolling in from the employees about the fantastic time they had and how well everything was organized from the golf to the dinner! COVID measures were clearly marked and adhered to and everyone felt safe attending the event!! Thank you Danielle, Christian and staff.... you will definitely hear from us again next year.

Greensmere Golf & Country Club is a 36-hole championship golf course in Ottawa, only ten minutes West of Kanata. Situated on almost 400 acres of land, this is a highly desirable golf course to play. A tranquil setting suitable for both competition and pleasure. You are invited to indulge in the beauty of nature surrounding you.
We ( Legion Golf ) played the “Legacy “ course earlier today and it was anabsolute perfect round of golf. This was the first time for quite a few years our club has played this 18; while quite challenging with walks between holes rather long, we played a great round ; the layout , maintenance and condition of that part of Greensmere Golf & Country Club is of PGA quality. Well done , keep up the good work Otto

I play golf quite a bit, and this is the nicest course I have played. Yes, it is pricey. But after paying that price, you get exactly what you paid for. Friendly staff, top of the line service from the minute you arrive (they have a "valet style" bag drop off where they load your clubs onto golf cart and meet you at your parked car), great practice area, and an outstanding course. I also find it is not crowded (but I go early). Just all in all a great experience. If you are a golfer and you haven't been here... treat yourself. It's worth it.
