Booked majority of our activities here with Sandy. She was amazing and very knowledgable. Sandy wasn't pushy at all. We let her know what we wanted to do and she would find us information about the activity. She was honest and had experienced most of the activities which I thought was a bonus. She booked us on a Helicopter Pilots Choice flight two hours before flying. On the website you would have had to give them 48 hours notice. She managed to put us on Red Discoveries Milford Sound trip where my 15 year old son was able to travel free. I would recommend going here to book your activities, especially with Sandy.

We visited here on Thursday 1 October. We were immediately greeted by Lizzie, with a beautiful smile and her enthusiasm was catchy. We were impressed by her knowledge and genuine listening skills. She recommended a few activities, checked weather forecasts and listened to what we wanted to do. EVERYTHING we pre-booked and pre-paid for went smoothly. By far and away the best experience I have ever had at an I-site! While we were out and about, we also saw her, she recognised us and came up to us to see how we were doing. A genuine, kind, interesting person. Lovely inside and out. Thanks Lizzie.

This old railway station has been restored into a gorgeous i-Site building with a lovely garden complete with tables and seats for a picnic alongside the beautiful roses. Inside there is heaps of info on the district and surroundings plus a mini-museum and information panels. The lovely helpful lady answered our questions and gave us great advice on what to do. All in all a credit to Ranfurly.
