The Federici family, originally from Ortonovo in the heart of the “Colli Di Luni” DOC, boasts a long tradition of winemaking which had been conserved and handed down from generation to generation. The actual company came about in 1985 from an intuition that third generation Giulio Federici and his wife Isa had, through the upgrading of an antic farmhouse in Luni, they decided to mainly concentrate on the cultivation of the typical kind of vines that come from this territory and on the production of fine quality wines. Viticulture is a family tradition that has followed us since we were born: “Passion, patience and experience are the elements that our wine making is based on; we feel that we are the ambassadors of the culture of our territory and this pushes us to take great care of the environment, the vines and the people, to produce wines that are distinguished by a unique character, that knows how to express the typical flavors and aromas of the land it comes from”. GIULIO FEDERICI
