This mountain has a great lodge, restaurant, and bar area. However, there isn’t much space where you can eat a homemade lunch. The slopes are good, many of them weren’t open when we were there though. The greens I found a little more challenging than usual, but there were enough runs to keep us occupied. The gondola line can get long because it is mixed in with a regular chairlift.

Artisanal Soap Factory since 2005! We are a leader in Quebec's natural skin care lines of products. Our soaps with legends characters are celebrating Quebec's history moments.
We were on vacation and happened to be staying just down the road from this shop. I am a small business owner so I always try to support other small businesses when I am traveling. I stopped in with my friend and my daughter the night before we left. The decor in this shop gives it a fun vibe and the products all have really artistic and creative labels. I ended up buying some gifts for family back home, as well as a few things for myself. I love all the products, and I especially love that they are natural and not too heavily scented.

There are several short paths winding through the wooded areas and marches. There are some information plaques and activities proposed for kids (only in French, I believe). There are sections of boardwalks. When we visited, high water levels made several of these inaccessible. It's a really nice, generally well-maintained outdoor area. There are several picnic areas. A good multi-generational outing in all seasons.

Centre attracts young international musicians to their Master classes. Then you have the opportunity to see some of these students perform for free. A few years back I took my boys to see these Concerts while vacationing in the area (good role models and initiation to classical).
Refer to schedule on website or call for these Concerts or take in some of the regular programming well worth the price!
Classical lovers enjoy the high caliber of these Performances.

We visited this winery as a stop on the “Carnet de Gustation” self-guided tasting tour. Our coupon provided tastings of four wines for two people. We tried a white, rose, red, and a fortified wine. Our lovely hostess, who spoke excellent English and provided interesting commentary, allowed us to share samples of two different vintages of the rose and the red wine. Both of us thought that all six wines were excellent, and the best we tried on this trip. The tasting room is attractive and atmospheric, and the grounds are beautiful. Definitely a worthwhile stop.

Located in the beautiful Eastern Townships, the Cep d'Argent vineyard offers quality wines and numerous memorable touristic tours. Enjoy the exceptional view on the Magog River and on the vines' field where the hard work from the Scieur brothers paid off magnificently. Le Cep d'Argent, lovechild of two passionate French wine growers, is the oldest vineyard in the Estrie region.
My mother and I stumbled upon this winery on a bike ride around the area. The staff entertained us personally for over an hour. The owners even came out to introduce themselves and see that we had everything we need. The wine was lovely and the "champagne" (or sparkling wine) tastes like the real thing. The museum in the back is a nice addition. Looking forward to returning for their wine tour.

We have come here during our summer holiday three years in a row and have always had a wonderful experience at Equitation Orford. The hosts (a charming couple in their 50s) and the guide, Dale Catchpaw, are friendly, helpful warm, professional, laid-back and kind. The trail meanders through the woods and through a small river, up and down some hills and along some back roads. It is a long and generous ride. The horses are beautiful, gentle and responsive. We always attach to them and are sad to leave them after the generous one-hour ride. Three years in a row, Equitation Orford has been the highlight of our Orford holiday for our children and their friends. We will always got to this destination on a trip to Orford.

Chocolats VANDEN EYNDEN is a family owned chocolate factory based in Magog since 2004, where you'll find a large choice of different chocolates for all your needs. More than 30 different filled chocolates, gift boxes, bars of chocolate, homemade turtles, and products for all occasions. We also have homemade pastries, ice cream (gelato) and other iced delights. If you're around Magog you'll want to make the detour and stop by.
This little place was a nice find on our Magog stop. They had a very wide selection that was well priced and absolutely delicious. They offered free samples of dark, milk and white chocolate while you explored the shop. You could also take a look behind the scenes of where they make their creations - chocolate made on site! We bought a raspberry chocolate mousse cake and a coffee and chocolate mini cake. Both of these creations were delicious and affordable. Great little find.
