The Southern Oregon coast is home to isolated beaches, rugged cliffs with breathtaking views of the Pacific and quaint seaside towns. If you stay in the Bay Area, go whale watching at Coos Bay or explore the region on a bike or a hike along the coastline. Antique shoppers will want to explore old town Bandon while golfers hit the links at the world-renowned Bandon Dunes golf course. And don’t forget to bring your fishing gear – you’ll want to cast for salmon and other Pacific Northwest fish at Gold Beach, one of the region’s top fishing spots.
The Central Oregon Coast is a great place for fishing, clamming, hiking, golfing and other outdoor activities. Take the kids and visit the Sea Lion Caves near Florence, the world’s largest. Head up to Newport for a view of the state’s second-tallest lighthouse and shopping in this seaside town popular with vacationers for the last century. Go fly a kite on the beach in Lincoln City, kite capital of the world.
The Northern Oregon Coast offers a relaxing way to enjoy the region. A stay in the scenic town of Astoria on the Washington border will allow you to explore the western edge of the Lewis and Clark trail, with views of the Columbia River and the Pacific. Walk the sandy beaches in Seaside and Cannon Beach and then grab saltwater taffy and other treats while shopping these seaside towns.

We took three three tours with America's Hub. In fact, when they had to reschedule a coastal tour they provided us with a private downtown tour. All three tours - half day downtown Portland, half day Multnomah Falls and Columbia River Gorge, and full day coastal tour far exceeded our expectations. Phil was our tour guide for the two half day tours and Carrie was our tour guide for the full day coastal tour - they were both very knowledgeable, and offered lots of great tips on restaurants, and scenic hot spots, I would highly recommend all three of these tours,

This Tour is private and customizable. The price includes 3 hours of service. Your guide Charlie is a third generation Oregonian living in Pacific City. His grandfather first moved the family to Pacific City in 1971 to commercial dory fish for salmon. His work history in the tour field is extensive. He’s been a courtesy driver at several establishments ranging from the White Elephant Hotel in Nantucket, MA, the St. Regis in Park City, UT, and the Little Nell Hotel in Aspen, CO. He worked in Skagway, Alaska, responsible for the transport for up to 50 guests, taking them from the docks, through congested mountain roads, to the interior of the Yukon, Canada. He did this in a 45-foot MCI motor coach and earned passenger endorsements along the way. His rich, local family history, combined with his extensive background leading tours, makes him an ideal guide. Paired with his enjoyable personality and outgoing manner, guests are sure to have an unforgettable time on the Oregon Coast.

This day trip is a customized tour along a section of rugged coastline along Oregon's northern coast. There will be one or two town stops, and multiple stops at headlands and beaches. After your pickup in Portland, we'll discuss the interests of people in the group, and your guide will customize the itinerary to those interests. Regardless of interests, the trip will include driving the Pacific Coast Scenic Byway with a short hike through oldgrowth Sitka spruce forest, beach time, tide pools, sea stacks, viewpoint stops, and a lunch stop in a charming coastal town. If group interest allows, stops with a more technological history focus may be made, such as the Tillamook Air Museum, Tillamook Creamery (currently closed due to COVID-19), or Camp 18. - Please be prepared for whatever the weather may be when your tour runs (e.g. rain gear, sunglasses, hat, extra layers, sunscreen). - Wear shoes that you don't mind getting sandy and wet.
Inclusions: Bottled water, Snacks, Air-conditioned vehicle, All Fees and Taxes, PA system, so those in the back can hear the guide.
Exclusions: Gratuities (always appreciated), Lunch
Chris was filling in for Marcus on our tour, and we had an amazing time! My parents were visiting Oregon from the East Coast for the first time, and I wanted them to see a different side of Oregon. Chris dazzled us with his impressive knowledge of the region, as well as the science and artistry involved in winemaking in the Willamette Valley. The drive was beautiful and we saw three wineries, each off the beaten track and each with their own unique personalities. The landscapes were breathtaking, and we became experts in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Lunch was from Elephants Delicatessen in Portland and really hit the spot - my boyfriend and I will definitely go there for ourselves sometime. It was a great way to relax, learn more about Willamette Valley, and spend time with family, all under the guidance of a friendly and approachable expert. A perfect way to convince my parents to move out West.

The Oregon coast is one of the most majestic geologic formations that was formed by lava flows millions of years ago. We can stop at one vineyard, have lunch in the charming town of Cannon Beach and do hiking and exploring on the coast. Explore the majestic Oregon coast with the added bonus of having a wine tasting along the way. Stop and view the amazing Haystack Rock formation, and during low tide gaze at starfish and clams. We will also explore Oswald State Park for lite trail walking and see the stunning cliffs of Manzanita point. This is a private tour for 2 persons or more, door to door service and plenty of flexibility and what you would like to explore. Please dress for the season, expect a full day beginning 10am and back to Portland by 6pm.

We were so excited to visit Portland for the first time, but then we had an injury to a family member and could no longer go. Paul was very courteous, professional and easy to contact about re-scheduling. So, even if we did not have a chance to go on the tour, we are still impressed. Thanks Paul!
Your day is guided by a native born Oregonian who has spent most of their life exploring the Oregon Coast. They know the history, the hidden gems and many personal stories about this beautiful scenic byway of the Pacific Northwest. Ask your guide as many questions as you want and PLEASE bring your camera. You'll want to take lots and lots of pictures. Your friends and family back home will have to see it to believe it.

Perfect Day with Wayne that was at an unrushed pace and flowed of tasty wines from 3 vineyards. Also included an olive oil tasting stop and a nursery. The “Wine Wizard” is extremely knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommended!

This tour takes you through the beautiful evergreens of Oregon, and back through Washington State. You will travel in a comfort, with no more than 4 guest. If you are a Goonies fan you will particularly love this trip as you will see many of the icon locations of the film, as well as other movie locations. The journey also includes some Lewis and Clark historical stops.

This was, by far, the best tour we have ever done. Our guide A.J., quickly became our friend. He is highly educated, fun and goes above and beyond to provide a one of a kind experience. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to spend the day seeing this beautiful place with such a wonderful and genuine person who loves nature and wildlife as much as we do.
