Beautiful mostly flat trails, boardwalks, through woodlands, evergreen forests fabulous views at higher spots as well as lake views. Hard and snow packed made these trails very walkable all though winter and perfect for exercise and fresh air all through this COVID year. At this moment unfortunately the trails will be very icy or now muddy til spring but get back out there as soon as you can! At the Orangeville Public Library you can pick up a 1 week entrance pass if you'd like to park inside the conservation area including a brand new interesting and fun children's play space. From Hwy 10 at Home Hardware (no parking there!) or at Hockley Road across from Mono Amaranth School(parking across from school) there are FREE entrances to the trail, NOTE for trail use only.. Plan at least an hour of walking there are about 10+ km on the trail that take you around and back to your car.

Theatre Orangeville has delighted patrons with world class professional theatre since 1994. Just 60 minutes northwest of Toronto, Theatre Orangeville is located inside the historic Town Hall Opera House in the heart of downtown Orangeville, ON and is surrounded by excellent dining & shopping. Theatre Orangeville has developed and showcased a number of new Canadian works that have gone on to achieve international success. Theatre Orangeville’s mainstage productions run from September to May.
I took a guest to see the charming production of Norm Foster's 'Come Down from Up River' - and was delighted at the warm welcome, beautiful setting, and amazing play (catch it if there are still tickets left!). Didn't know that the theatre has a 'Sundae Sunday' - where they serve ice cream sundaes during intermission - a lovely touch. The theatre stands in the centre of a charming town, with historic buildings, boutiques, bakeries etc. I was really impressed with the calibre of performance, and the intimacy of seeing live theatre in a very small theatre. I'll be back.
