Our guide was fun, knowledgeable and clearly an expert canoe trip leader. He worked hard at each campsite with boundless energy and enthusiasm. As anticipated, all participants were expected to carry canoes and the heavy packs which was a great part of the experience. The food was plentiful and surprisingly good. This was a great canoe trip refresher for me and a wonderful introduction to canoe tripping for my daughter. We will do this again next year!

It was a perfect weekend! We met great people, had awesome activities in the beautiful winter forest and lake, campfires and lots of stories. The meals by Chef Gregor were beyond what was expected. The food is some of the best ever eaten. The leaders/family go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I felt like I was visiting long lost cousin. You need to go there!

Had an amazing time watching the ice go out on the lake at Voyageur Quest. Arrived to clean and organized cottage. The fire was already made with extra wood laid out waiting. The French press was set out and ready for morning sunrise coffees watching the season change. The staff was great and helped me sort out which trails to hike and what time to best see moose. We did see moose! Despite being a great paddler they gave me safety warnings about staying close to shore which made us feel cared for. The staff is educated, friendly and knowledgeable Bed was comfy. Kitchen well stocked with all the equipment I needed to make some fabulous meals. This is a beautiful place in Canada and an amazing mental health break. A great place to re charge. I highly recommend waking for the sunrise and watching the loons.

Nice and relaxing trip that I enjoyed immensely. I have done 3 trips with Lake Fever Wilderness Co. and every trip has been a mesmerizing experience with different groups of people, but with one similarity, that is these travel experiences helped me just get away from the city life and spend some time in solitude with nature and one's self. And the guide and creator of Lake Fever Wilderness Co. is a wonderful person with knowledge of the area around, that makes the trip easy going and you can just sit back and relax while enjoying the views.
