In the heart of Kensington you will find a mural with Miles Davis. The bar is EXTREMELY narrow with limited seats and once packed for the performance, very uncomfortable to stand as people are constantly moving. Make sure you arrive early! Show starts around 9:30 most nights. Just inside the door (which is open to the outside) is a small seating area with a small sofa and few chairs and ottoman and piano and, fortunately, a small fire. My friend and I elected to sit there and could still hear the concert just fine, and it was easier to have a conversation. It was warm enough for us. The cover was $15 and drinks are reasonable, staff friendly. Great place for a date, cozy and cool. I have visited this bar several times and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great local music experience.

We stumbled upon Chocolates, Etc on our way to Niagara--what an unexpected treasure of delectable treats! Between the four of us, we sampled them all. From gourmet Belgian chocolates and European pastries to specialty coffees and delicious Italian gelato--we thought we had died and gone to heaven! Not only were our tastebuds treated, but so were all our other senses, as the store, itself, makes you feel like you've stepped into old Europe. A family run business, we were made to feel right at home and appreciated the love and attention that went into everything that surrounded us. We then went out and enjoyed our desserts on a lovely patio--& because it was Saturday night, there was live music being performed! Needless to say, we got some goodies for the road. Thank you, Chocolates, Etc, for treating us not only to some of the most mouth-watering treats we've ever had--but for treating us like family! We would recommend you to anyone and will definitely be back! Grace Hardy

This flower shop delivers the freshest flowers and most beautiful floral arrangements in Deep River. I've ordered from this florist twice in the last month and Corinne, their floral designer is amazing. She exceeds your expectations every time. There are so many things I like about Forest Cove Farm - the fresh salads, creamy old-fashioned fudge, cinnamon rolls and the charming country vibe. Also, the coffee and lattes are both exceptional. They grow their own microgreens, lettuces, swiss chard and herbs in the greenhouse so the produce is really fresh. Absolutely love this place!
