Our purpose is for the beauty of the natural, the mixtures, the colors, the simplicity thus creating a bohemian style, simple, free and beautiful in each of our pieces. Our project also seeks to promote and make known the ancient textile art made with natural fibers by the women of the area, thus weaving a bridge between the traditional and the modern, between the ancestral and our present. We work with women from the Andean communities, creating a bridge between tourism and these communities, generating income for women and their families. ALQA is an art gallery focused on the conservation and dissemination of the traditional artistic expressions of the indigenous high andean communities. Our work not only represents an exquisite curation, but also a meticulous research that allows, through a considerable historical and social burden, to create a chain of relationships between all the pieces on exhibition, allowing the recontextualization and recovery of them in order to reinforce and place value on the cultural identity of the artists and their communities of origin.

Ollantaytambo art gallery is an exhibition and sale space for our artistic works in different styles and techniques. We are a family of artists who seek to promote local art and spread the Andean cosmovicion as Peruvian art in a free and personal way with visitors. We are currently located in the middle street or Chaupi street by the Plaza de Ollantaytambo.

We sell authentic organic raw honey sourced in pesticide-free areas from isolated beekeeping communities at 4000 meters altitude in Cusco and around the Sacred Valley that are rich in native medicinal plants, flowers and trees. We work to provide a honey that is pure and that is a natural healing alternative. We are passionate about bees and conscious beekeeping.
