Bristol is a quirky British city with beautiful hilly vistas and plenty of historic sights to explore. Anyone interested in ships will have a blast aboard Brunel’s SS Great Britain, the world’s first great oceanliner, and the Matthew, a replica of the ship upon which John Cabot sailed to America in the 15th century. The graceful Clifton Suspension Bridge is another must-see.

A speciality cocktail bar situated in the heart of the city. Come and try our delicious frozen cocktails and alcoholic ice creams made in front of your eyes. Brozen Bar offers a new way to try the classics and there's no better combination than ice cream and cocktails! Why not try the best of both worlds?
Originally booked a masterclass for May, but obviously had to reschedule. Will hosted our cocktail masterclass and was honestly amazing!! We found the class so fascinating. It's not your standard cocktail making class, you don't just go in a shake some drinks. Will taught us the ins and out of how brozen make all their ingredients from scratch and explained the science behind how they make their amazing drinks. The thought behind each brozen cocktail is honestly mind blowing. The 3 brozen dessert cocktails were INSANE. I could eat the coffee one all day everyday. It was so good I want to book the exact same class again ????

The Crown is in St Nicholas historic Market and it was built on the medieval Bristol Tolzey Court. This court had been a meeting place for Bristol's merchants and had jurisdiction over a wide range of cases involving damage claims or disputed debts. The Crown has occupied this site since 1741. Originally it was the vaulted cellars that formed the original trading area. These were initially known as The Trap, but subsequently became known as The Crown Tap Cellar. There remains a bar in the cellars of The Crown and the new owners have renamed it fittingly The Trap once more. The ground floor Crown as you find it now was extensively refurbished in 1991

Thekla is a world-famous, award-winning live music venue and club space on board a converted German cargo ship, moored in Bristol's Floating Harbour since 1984.
Having known people in Bristol since the 1980s, the club on Thekla was well known to me. I imagined it would be packed to the gunnels for an artist such as Keisza, who went straight to number 1 in 2014 with Hideaway. In fact, the venue was not that full, which was a huge reward for those fans who had tickets. We stood near the stage surrounded by people who seemed to love the music, which was predominantly acoustic guitar and singing. The support act Rothwell had some memorable songs and sold her own merchandise in the break. I played You Left Me at the Party of radio, which had a little more arrangement than the acoustic performance. Rothwell said she was local to Bristol and think we'll hear more from her. A good pick of support for Keisza, too, who also was accompanied by a guitarist. Keisza updated the audience with her life so far: she had recovered from a serious accident, funded her own first album and left her record company since her chart hits of 2014. Keisza's more recent music was quite a departure from her earlier sound and she played latest songs You're the Best, with audience participation and Sweet Love, another recent release plus a burst of Weird Kid on request, although it wasn't in her official set and a spectacular acoustic version of Hideaway. She came back for an encore due to implores from the crowd and decided to hang out and got off the stage to talk to everyone and take photos. A truly memorable live music experience.

We are open with a large, covered outside area. We are NOT taking bookings. The Old Duke is a music venue situated on the cobbled King Street in the heart of Bristol. Named after Duke Ellington, the pub has become world famous for it's live traditional, New Orleans inspired Jazz music. More recently the pub has added Blues, Folk and more modern Jazz bands to its program and now has live music on every night of the week, Saturday afternoons and Sunday lunch times.
This pub is an institution in Bristol and has been playing live jazz and blues most nights for many years. It's often packed to the rafters but don't let that put you off. The slightly older crowd you get here are out to enjoy themselves and it's a very friendly atmosphere.

Great selection of Belgian beers and knowledgable staff to help guide your choice, we grabbed seats at the bar rather than heading down to the cellar bar and had a great time. Easy music choices and a good atmosphere, Beer Emporium should definitely be on your list to visit.

In the late 90's and early 00's local Indie band Krimo aka Kreemo played this venue a great many times. It was a home from home and a place I love.
