Olbia (Italian: [ˈɔlbja] ( listen), locally [ˈolbja]; Sardinian: Terranòa; Gallurese: Tarranòa) is a city and comune of 59,885 inhabitants (November 2016) in the Italian insular province of Sassari in northeastern Sardinia (Italy), in the Gallura sub-region. Called Olbia in the Roman age, Cività in the Middle Ages (Giudicati period) and Terranova Pausania before the 1940s, Olbia was again the official name of the city during the period of Fascism.

Winery with Wine tasting and wineyard visit, special event and possibility of lunch under reservation.
Fabulous experience very near Olbios. Excellent tour & extremely friendly. Informative with every part of the process explained well. Charming hostess inviting any questions we had. The 3 different wines to taste were paired with pecorino cheese & salami another type. Each wine was introduced starting with the white wine. We loved the wine preserve. However we purchased a couple of jars of prickly pear jam. My daughter bought a bottle of wine. Easy location to find & would recommend this highly. Best to book/reserve places in advance so they are prepared for visitors. We loved this place. I’d go again.

in order to get there, you would need to jump on the boat that sail from Porto San Paolo marina.. tickets are available in the ticket purchase section on the right.. once you're there, you may enjoy a good food in the restaurant, sardinian style of course or just go for hiking, in case you're freediver/snorkeler I'd recommend to walk across the island and straight under the mountain there is a beach, almost empty, clean water and pretty deep too. a lot of sealife there.
