We did george scrambling this August bank holiday weekend for the first time. We were a bubble of two families with the youngest being 6years old. I must say we all had a fabulous experience. Our instructors Chris and Sammy were amazing! I would certainly recommend this activity.

Words can't quite describe how fantastic our escape room experience was! From the moment you arrive right through to when you finish (or have lots of help to finish...!) you are fully immersed into the World that is created for you. We did the Templar room and it was outstanding. We were absolutely hopeless, but we had enough clues to work most of it out! It's so well crafted, the clues lead you in in sequential order and it's unbelievably creative. I've done three other escape rooms in the past and can say that this is hands down the best one I've ever done. We can't wait to come back and fail miserably to escape the other room!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Okehampton Castle

The remains of the largest castle in Devon, in a stunning setting on a wooded spur above the rushing River Okement. Begun soon after the Norman Conquest as a motte and bailey castle with a stone keep, it was converted into a sumptuous residence in the 14th century by Hugh Courtenay, Earl of Devon, much of whose work survives. After the last Courtenay owner fell foul of Henry VIII in 1538, it declined into an allegedly haunted ruin.

Amazing ruins, views and a lovely woodland walk. Visited with my son, not many people so we could walk round and view at our own pace, we loved looking round and working out what was what, the woodland walk was a lovely way to finish off, at the views of the castle at the end are stunning.

Our first visit to this location but not our last. Had a lovely walk in the area with our ice creams and when we had finished stopped back off at the cafe for drinks and cake. Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. Very well maintained paths to walk on and lovely scenery. We could have done with a leaflet to see where the various routes go but then we didn't ask so there may be some. Will be back for more visits I'm sure.
