Twenty kilometres - that's all that separates Krakow from Ojców National Park, which is the smallest national park in Poland. Along the way, among unique landscapes, castles and caves, you can also admire the "chapel on the water" - a wooden building created on the banks of the stream "Prądnik" in 1901 in protest against the law prohibiting building on Ojców's land at the time. During your free time, you will have an opportunity to taste smoked trout - a local delicacy found at the restaurants in the park.

I am glad I visited it! It is incredible and the guide spoke fluent English and gave precise information. It is worth seeing it and, yeah, breath that air.

The Ojcow National Park is a beautiful area full of limestone rock formations, Medieval castles and clear streams. We will start our tour in Korzkiew Castle where we will get from Krakow by car. Then we will cycle along the charming Pradik River Valley. Our main destination is castle at Pieskowa Skała, one of best preserved castles from Eagle's Nests Trail.
Inclusions: Private transportation, Use of bicycle, Guide service
Exclusions: Tickets for exhibition at Pieskowa Skała castle
Situated locally, bike trip is definitely the best place to pick up road or mountain bikes in Kraków. Admittedly not known for its cycling, this shop had more city bikes and a very limited selection of specialist road or mountain bikes. On arriving the bikes we requested were prepped but there was a misunderstanding about what gear specifically they had -pedal type- and we didn’t receive exactly what was hoped. As a consequence we received a substantial discount and they tried their best to help us! They even let us hold onto them for longer at short notice as they weren’t hired the following day. *If you’re a keen MTB, gravel or road biker, definitely need to bring your own pedals, and roadside repair gear/ tubes as there’s also no insurance or pick up. You may not find your perfect frame size so definitely clarify before but the bikes are good quality & well maintained* All in all would recommend for cyclists and keen cycling tourists visiting this picturesque city. Our top tips for cycling were Tyniec and Ojcowski Park Narodowy, however the latter warrants more of a gravel bike.

We were picked up on time by Wojciech. He was a fantastic guide. From start to finish we were looked after perfectly. It is quite a long drive but absolutely worth it. The scenery is outstanding. We enjoyed seeing traditional wooden houses and 15th century Church of St Michael the Archangel. Rafting in Dunajec was pleasant. The rafts hold 12 people and it was quite busy. I recommend if you visit Krakow allow yourself 6 days as there is so much to see and do.

Went as smooth as clockwork. Chris is personable, knows his stuff and delivers in an informative way. Bespoke private service. Faultless 6 stars. Nice guy, follow this advice. The Ojcowski National Park is located north of Krakow and is the smallest national park in Poland. However, it is an area dotted with vascular plants, bat caves and unusual rock formations. Most spectacular is the Pradnik Valley, a veritable gallery of karstic formations. Here we can sometimes find some ten-meter-high rock formations (Hercules Mace, Diotima Needle), karst springs and numerous caves (their number is estimated at over 400 in the park). Visitors were invited to visit the Łokietek Grotto, where the future king of Poland used to hide centuries ago, and the Jaskinia Ciemna Cave. In the park there are also two castles in Ojców and Pieskowa Skała. Symbol of the park is the bat. Travel time from Krakow to the Ojcowski National Park takes about 45 minutes.
