Utkalika is the official retailer for the Odisha government showcasing the varied arts and crafts of the state. Apart from souvenirs, Utkalika is the best place for the famous textiles and handloom items of the state, particularly the sarees. These are available in all price ranges. Some items may feel expensive but one has to keep in mind that the items are painstakingly handwoven and hence can last generations. One of the largest collections in Bhubaneswar is in the market building branch. It is one of the best places to get the best silver filigree items the state is famous for.
