Centennial Dairy Farm. Operating modern dairy farm milking with robots. Country Dairy bottles milk and makes cheese and ice cream from the milk from their own cows. Tours are available to see the processing plant and cows and calves. In addition we have an onsite restaurant offering a wide variety of grilled Paninis, wraps, salads, and burgers. And you can top it off with our fresh ice cream in our ice cream parlor.
I always look for interesting places close to our home base on vacation and found Country Dairy. A working dairy farm where you can have an amazing lunch, buy their fresh milk, cheese and ice cream as well as take a tour of the Farm. Good for children. We enjoyed our visit very much. Very nice and helpful employees.

Recently returned from weekend trip to Michigan with group of 6 nurse friends who have known each other for more than 40 years. We spent the afternoon @ Fox Barn Winery. Wine tasting was $3 for 3 tastes & most of us left with @ least one bottle of our favorites. We sat out on their beautiful deck with view of the vineyard & wooded hills on a beautiful slightly breezy September summery day. As we solved the world's problems, we shared their cheeses, meat, pickled asparagus, cream cheese/jellies, & cracker snacking tray & of course, some great wine slushies. Most of us purchased some spreads, jellies, or pickled asparagus in their cute gift shop before we left. We learned that this area of Michigan is the asparagus capital of the world...who knew?

Cherry Point Farm is one of the oldest operating farms in Oceana County, Michigan. The first orchards were planted in 1871. The Bull Family has been operating the farm since 1949 and have added a fruit market, bakery, gift shop and Lavender Labyrinth surrounding an herb garden. We offer fish boils, lumberjack breakfasts, high tea and more (reservations required for all). Open daily from April through October. Our Lavender Labyrinth and Herb Garden are free to walk during daylight hours when we are open.
This is a great little stop to make along the scenic drive of B15 (Buchanan Rd). The shop has delicious cherry treats to offer (the cherry strudel is excellent/our recommendation!) as well as an assortment of gift items and apparel. There was fresh produce out front as well for sale. We walked around the garden a bit as well, which was lovely.
