Customer service that is mostly unheard of now-a-days! I was seven miles away, there was the usually heavy, after work traffic on Old Bridge Rd, it was 10 minutes past their closing time (5PM), I called and gave my situation, and without hesitation...they wished me safety first, and told me that they would stay at the shop until I arrived. Upon arrival there was a genuine concern for MY TIME; NOT THEIRS, as they gave me a tour of the store and then allowed me to take my time in my selection/purchase. There are not enough positive, descriptive adjectives, or affectionate action verbs in the English vocabulary to describe the wonderful staff at Puzzle Palooza.

A great place and way to leave your troubles behind, if only for a few hours. Plenty of nice shops - this is NOT the place to go with a ton of shops, just the right amount to make the area quaint, quiet, clean, pleasant. The Occoquan River flows through town - on the backside with a very nice park at one end of town, and shops at the other. The puzzle store is a must. A nice Tea shop, ok, so shop that has teas and many other goodies. A nice handmade chocolate shop and so much more. We've been 3 times and will be going back again in a few weeks. A great Bakery, Yarn Shop, Ice Cream Shoppe, Pizza … you get the idea.
