The Miner's Arms Freehouse is a local pub for the local community. We serve a full range of beers, lagers and cask ales. We also do a range of Quality Bar Snacks.
The miners arms is my local, and the best pub to have as my local, atmosphere is always lovely, drinks aren’t too expensive and the cocktails are to die for! Wish they would serve food as they are missing a trick as it’s a lovely pub that id no hesitate to dine in. Owners are always around and very friendly and bar staff are brilliant especially a young girl named Hannah who always has a chat with me and brightens up the pub

Very interesting place to visit. Good for families and individuals. Grandson enjoyed the air raid shelter and the old fashioned classroom. Lots to see and experience. Exhibits stir childhood memories. Friendly and helpful volunteers. George Eliot country too.

I visited Tiny Town with my 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren aged 5, 3, 15 months and 8 months. We had a great time. The cafe sold tasty, reasonably priced snacks and drinks. You can go before your session to buy food. Feel that more staff could be working at the start of the session as the 2 members of staff had to take the bookings and prepare food so we did wait a while for food. Also the toilet facilities could be improved, missing lock on the door upstairs, no paper towels. The rooms are really well set out with good props. Safety gates would be better self closing as the stairs are steep and people don't always close them (not the fault of the staff as notices are on the gates to close). Altogether we had a good time and will be returning

Nuneaton Museum & Art Gallery sits in the attractive surroundings of Riversley Park. The museum has permanent galleries displaying local history, the life of George Eliot and a fine art collection. Enjoy our activity sheets, fun interactives and take part in our family friendly activities. We also have three galleries showing a range of temporary exhibitions during the course of the year. In addition our Events programme includes Saturday Events days, storytelling and lunchtime talks.
Had a really lovely lunch in this pretty museum. The cafe was very clean, the food choice excellent and prices reasonable. All served in good time by a very helpful gentleman. Spotlessly clean loo’s. Friendly and helpful staff. Social distancing is also strictly enforced throughout and we felt very safe at all times. All in all a great afternoon - well worth a visit.
