The Singapore cityscape looks like it was ripped from the pages of a science fiction comic book. If you’re hungry for a true Singapore experience, sample the myriad street foods or take a cultural cooking class. The Botanic Gardens and the Gardens By the Bay offer a slice of horticultural heaven, and the observation deck of the Sands SkyPark makes you feel like you’re high above the clouds. The banks and walkways along the Singapore River bustle with local activity.

United Square Shopping Mall is the mall just for kids. A place truly for fun play and learn, the mall is fully equipped with kids-friendly features and everything a kid needs. Drop by the mall in June and December, you are likely to catch a free mall character show fit for the prince and princess. The constant mall shows and events are bound to make every kid come back for more!
From fencing classes, music lessons to tuition classes, you will be able to find classes for kids here to spark hobbies or to excel or help in school. There are also alot of shopping for kids, toysrus or clothing lines for kids. My toddler loves the udon outlet “Maru-ten” near the mcdonalds. A great place to take your child out on a rainy day when outdoor play has to be suspended.

After many times visiting Singapore, Novena is my favourite area to visit. I stayed many times in Value Hotel near Thomson Rd. Velocity is like a 15 minutes walk from there. So for me it is very convenient to stay around this area. Novena MRT station is located inside the Mall, making even more convenient. The restaurants that this Mall offers is standard, few fast food and fashion stores.

It is 1 of the best claypot bak ku teh that I have try. It is hidden in beauty world hawker center in a isolated part of singapore. The freshness of the pork and the herbal soup makes no regret to travel all the way there for lunch. It is so much better and cheaper than those other famous stall im Singapore. The nearest mrt station is Beauty World Station which is downtown line ( blue line). A must go and try if you come to Singapore to taste local yummy food.
The true Scandinavian experience in Asia. With Scandinavian vintage furniture and decor from 1800s to 1970s you will not experience anything like this.
