Ceilidh is Gaelic for visit. For visitors to Cape Breton, the Baddeck Gathering Ceilidhs are a must see and do. We booked well in advance because of how popular this venue is, and were thrilled with the front row seats. Our evening was wonderful. Thanks to great Celtic music players Derrick Cameron, Melody Cameron, and Brian Doyle. They treated us to a spectacular show, entertaining and informative. We and other visitors, plus local residents and musicians alike are all very grateful to John Berk for hosting these epic shows.
