My girlfriend Annarella and I are both passionate Farmers who decided to take care of our families lands 15 years ago. We love cooking and meeting new people and soon, our Farm became the perfect place to do this. Our mission is to share our love of Sicilian Mediterranean culture and culinary traditions. In addition to producing our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, we also produce almonds, citrus, bread, jam s with the fruits that we grow, tomato sauce, spirits and other things on our Farm Zisolhouse.

We did the Tour of Sicily wine tasting at 35 euros per person. We tasted 5 wines, sat outside in the vineyard. Food was also provided, small bites of bruscetta/crostini, tomatoes and olives. Everything was perfect. The host was very knowledgeable & friendly, and she explained the different wines and the vineyards (Planeta have several across Sicily). We then got to visit the cellar and explore the site/garden a bit more. We bought 2 bottles of wines from the shop - several varieties were available, starting from about 10 euros a bottle. Definite must do in Sicily if you are a wine lover!

Cantina Marilina is an organic wine-making company in the South East of Sicily, Noto. Founded in 2001, it is now run by the female face of the Paternó family: the two sisters Marilina and Federica, whose philosophy is based on an absolute respect for the land. Mediterranean climate with a very fortunate geographical location and calcareous soils are factors that enhance the quality of the grapes, along with a philosophy oriented reinterpretation of the traditional production methods: historic vineyards, concrete tanks, wilting in the sun.

In the heart of the Noto Valley, in the 2000, Antonio Moretti Cuseri started his Sicilian adventure, giving birth to one of the most charming wine firm of the area. By request, it is possible to visit the cellar and tasting our wines, born from a careful and meticulous work in the field, the lush nature and volcanic soils, white and dark.
In the fertile Valley of Noto, one of the best suited for the cultivation of Nero D’Avola grapes, the le Mandrie and Gaudioso estates, are located. Here the Company was founded in the second half of the 1700s by the paternal great-grandfather, Don Michele Mastrogiovanni Tasca. Today, this historic estate has been transformed into a modern winery under the management of Baron Giovanni Sergio.
