Honestly, no words could do justice to the experience I had with this company. I was stuck in Costa Rica due to the coronavirus and was due to leave on the 17th March. I had my transfer booked for then but due to the virus I had several flights cancelled resulting in a forced change of travel dates. Firstly, this company swapped and changed and worked around me incredibly understandingly and refused to take any extra payment for the inconvenience. Secondly, on the day that my transfer was due to leave he arrived promptly, 15 minutes before and as we set off my flight was cancelled yet again. My driver, sadly I have forgotten his name, had zero hesitation is his answer when I asked him to drive me an extra 2 hours into the scheduled time to get me to the main airport over in San Jose. This would be at an extra cost but he didn’t make a fuss he politely drove me there immediately. He could tell that I was anxious due to travelling alone and being many miles away from home and my family and he did everything he could to put my at ease. Including providing food and offering to buy a drink from the shop during the long journey. Needless to say, I have used many private transfer services in many different countries and this was by far head and shoulders about be the rest. I will be returning to Costa Rica as Nosara was one of the most beautiful places I have ever met, both the scenery and the locals. On my trip I will be using Terratour Nosara without any hesitation! Thank you!

This is literally my 20th time relying on the services of Luis and Guiones Transports. I can’t believe it took me this long to write a recommendation. Everyone is so quick to write a bad review when they feel the need but often people don’t take the time to go out of their way to write a good one. I believe that is the case here. So many trust and rely on his services that we almost take them for granted as a community. Luis and his team treat clients like family and truly go above and beyond for tourists and residents alike. I always feel safe and get to where I need to be and for that I will always recommend them as Nosara’s top option.

If you are renting a car or golf cart in Nosara, I highly suggest reaching out to Limo Dan! He is extremely professional, and his vehicles are incredibly well taken care of. He is based right in central Guiones, and you actually speak to him when renting! It makes the whole process so much more enjoyable. On top of all of this, SUPER nice guy!
