Northwich is a town and civil parish in the unitary authority of Cheshire West and Chester and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. It lies in the heart of the Cheshire Plain, at the confluence of the rivers Weaver and Dane. The town is about 18 miles (29 km) east of Chester and 15 miles (24 km) south of Warrington. 19 miles south of Manchester and 12 miles south of Manchester Airport. Northwich has been named as one of the best places to live in the United Kingdom according to The Sunday Times in 2014.

Having called Tracs the day prior, they seemed confident that they would have sufficient bikes if we just turned up so we did just that on a busy Saturday. They accommodated us quickly and once we'd paid and given ID, we were kitted out with the bikes and helmets (and a couple of gel saddles). The quality of the bikes is excellent and they obviously look after their equipment. Having booked the bikes for 3 hours, we set off on the white trail which was due to be around 2.5 - 3hrs and 7km through the forest. The scenery is stunning and the forest trails are perfect for mountain bikes of every level of experience from entry level novices through to skilled professionals. You can go off-route but be warned, do so at your own risk as its not immediately obvious how to get yourself back on the trail you left. We did have a minor accident but no fault of anyone's and I would 100% use Tracs again if I was in Delemare Forest area and the guys who run this outfit are obviously very good at what they do.

Its a beautiful parkland 18 hole course, with its own 24-bay driving range with practice bunker and chipping area open to the public.
