Get off the beaten tracks and join our professional team to sink into the wilderness around with most unique Photography Shots you can get around the area. What makes it super special is that we are focused on photography so we take good time to compose most perfect images. All guiding is included as well as set up of your camera, and post processing in Lightroom Tutorials. Learn how to take most amazing photos of Aurora and Arctic Landscape in this 3 days dedicated weekend workshop!! Get the most out of the place using the knowledge of the local guide that has been actively working in the field for last 9 years. Small group of passionate folks like yourself with no time restrictions. Best locations in the area. We also can help you with accommodation and there is an option to make the whole workshop in very scenic Hotel on Sommarøy Island with excellent food and lodging. Price does not include hotel stays.

We pick you up at Scandic Ishavshotel in Tromso 8:50 am, drive you to the Lyngen Alps, provide you special clothing and take you on a 2 hrs Snowmobile photographic Safari along the beautiful Lyngen Fjords & Alps. After the Snowmobile excursion we have lunch and then you can choose to go snowshoeing and/or cross-country skiing or just relax in your Crystal Lavvo. We meet again at 7:30 pm for a short photography workshop and dinner. Here we give you warm suits, tripods, and teach you how to take Northern Lights pictures. Then we go on a photographic Northern Lights Chase right outside the Green Gold Villa before you spend the night in one of our six private Crystal Lavvos with glass roof where (weather permitting) you might see the Aurora from your bed! Please note that this is an adventure where you must add wood to your wood ovens yourself. Please note that the toilets are shared. In the morning we have breakfast, and then we start our panoramic drive (back in Tromso 11 am).

We run this special photography tour in small groups, maximum 7 adults per group, to ensure an unique and customized experience without stress and rush: we want our customers to have all the time they need to breath the magic of the Lofoten archipelago, to walk, to enjoy and to take as many pictures as they want. You don’t have to be a professional photographer to join this tour. Our photography tour is suitable for everybody: professional photographers, photo lovers, neophytes and Arctic lovers. The Arctic lights and colors, and the natural contrasts of this amazing land make these islands a perfect place to take unique and unrepeatable pictures and enjoy unique panoramas. During the trip, we will search for the best light and best locations. The islands offer unique spots, breath-taking and majestic nature, unforgettable places, steep peaks which rise directly from the sea, white sand beaches and a sea so blue that it is hard to believe that you are in the Arctic.

This self-driven tour is really at your own pace. You can stop as you please and for as long as you prefer. This tour has a focus on the cultural aspects of Senja and Tromsø that are often over looked by travellers as they are not well known.
