Manly Beach Running Club is your running support group - members have a range of fitness levels and are a friendly, chatty bunch. We meet every morning Monday to Friday at 5:30am at Manly Beach Surf Club. Come along for the 60-minute session and watch the sun pop over the ocean as you run 6-7k, followed by essential core and strength training. What a great start to your day!

I reached a stage in my life 10 years ago when I asked myself, 'What is it, I have always wanted to be?' The answer was 'A tour guide' From that moment on I searched for jobs all over Australia.
