12th century cruciform church in the heart of the city. Stunning architecture and amazing stroll around. Where churches look like castles.

As you walk through the town of Northampton you can see evidence of its former prosperity, in particular in the grand church of All Saints built in 1675 (one of the best examples of this date outside London). The church is a prominent landmark in the town centre near the market and is a joy to explore inside, with its box pews, memorials, pulpit and preaching stands, plus there are regular organ recitals.

Impressive and spectacular. Northampton's oldest building and one of the few buildings to fully survive the Great Fire of 1675. Stunned by the beauty and moment of bliss.

We arranged a visit to see the Graham Sutherland painting and Henry Moore sculpture inside the church. We didn't expect the building to be as impressive as it is. The combination of contemporary art and Christianity speaks very loudly of the mission of the church to reflect the glory of God. As striking as many cathedrals.
