Unfortunately we had to cancel our tour because of COVID-19 and our Sept cruise being cancelled by Princess. Erick at Vancity Tours responded the same day to our cancellation request and also refunded our money. Our booked excursion of the Capilano Suspension Bridge & Vancouver Sightseeing was based on all the excellent reviews. Based on our recent experience with Vancity Tours we would not hesitate to book again with them.
