Located on the southbound platform is the waiting room which also full of lots of useful information about the Forth Bridges and the local area. There are also lots of pictures of the local area including pictures of trains crossing the bridge. There are lots of leaflets available to take. There were no staff present to assist.

First taste of freedom to explore our wonderful country again. The Forth bridges are a testament to amazing engineering feats in both the modern and bygone ages, especially the Rail bridge (1890) which has been thrilling tourists for over 130 years now. Scotland can be an enigma, politically confusing, religiously toxic but above all always visually stunning. One of the greatest picture shows on mother earth.

Cold january day walking around North Queensferry we stopped at this little gem. ok, its small but so genuine, equipment still in place, although it was originally atop a nearby building its great to climb the steps to the lamp and look through the glass around the lamp. This and the small shed is run by volunteers, great work guys, a real credit to the area. we stopped in the shed and chatted to the volunteer. The shed has so much information and old pictures in it relating to the area ( walks and history) the forth rail bridge and the crossing pre bridge. Its like a little museum / histoy lesson.

Deep Sea World is located underneath the iconic Forth Rail Bridge, in the quaint village of North Queensferry. Deep Sea World is one of the premier attractions in Scotland, offering fun for the whole family, no matter what their age. Come along and see our spectacular underwater tunnel and come face to face with one of Europe's largest collection of Sand Tiger sharks and even dive with them...If you're feeling brave enough!
We really enjoyed our day there, it is well worth paying for the behind the scenes tour you get plenty of information and better insight into how the park runs. It is clear they care deeply about the resident animals they have there. Thank you all and Rory you were a superb tour guide. I highly recommend a visit
