Photographer Sean Kurdziolek specializes in Northern Lights photography capturing portraits under the Aurora! This is a rare opportunity to capture something incredibly special and unique. Book a session today and go home with an exquisite memory to hang on your wall. Sean Kurdziolek Photography is a family run business. Sean, Amanda, and their children live in beautiful North Pole, Alaska. They enjoy the winters that Alaska have to offer the most. The snow that falls and glistens in the sunlight, the sunrise and sunset within moments of each other, the people, the cold and all the winter activities that the Last Frontier have to offer. The Aurora Borealis is their favorite of all that this region has to offer. It is never the same Aurora. It is a spectacular phenomenon that brings out the best in people and they are so happy to help others experience this and capture a priceless moment to hang in their home for generations to enjoy.

Alaskan Malamute's living tetherless together in social packs. The Malamute is the state dog of Alaska and we are offering this beautiful creatures.
We booked a tour with this family-owned kennel at the last minute and are so glad we did. Oliver got started over 30 years ago and currently has about 50 dogs, which he takes great care of and loves dearly. He can tell you the entire family tree and funny stories about each one. We learned all about his dogs, how they are raised, how they work together as a sled team, and more. They were sooo friendly and answered all of our questions. They even helped us to take some amazing pictures! We did the hour long short tour, which included a walk around the kennel (while petting one of the dogs who was out following us around) and a ride around the neighborhood. (we were here in the fall, so they pulled us on an atv instead of a sled) They raise these dogs as pets, so the whole experience felt more like a local family inviting us to play with their pets rather than a tourist stop. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, just beautiful. Well maintained area for boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, whatever you want to do. Large area, so people are pretty spaced out, you can definitely find your little plot of serenity to just...zen. Weather didn't cooperate to see the Northern Lights, but I'm told it's possible in the right conditions.

All staff wore masks and most customers did as well. It’s always a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The homemade fudge selection was amazing!
