Visit the plant preservation projects, the world first aromatic preservation project. guide tours thought the grounds and the distillery. Culinary delights and festivals are some of the added attractions.
I will start by saying that I love NEOB and have been coming to this location and the one in Elora for years. I have always loved the products and the service has been consistently great. I'd like to share an instance from today, however, as the consultant really went above and beyond to help me with my purchases. I came to the NOTL location after work looking to get a gift for a close friend. The lady who assisted me today was so friendly and welcoming, and knowledgeable of all the products in the store. Even though the store was about to close, Christine (I believe this was her name) never once rushed me, offered me some free samples, and took the time to explain things thoroughly so that I was getting the products that I thought my friend would like best. Not only this, but she was so pleasant to chat with during my time in the store that I didn't really feel like I was running an errand at all. In the end I decided to select a few different items for my friend to try, and Christine was kind enough to put together a custom gift box, complete with beautiful purple ribbons. As you can see from the photo, it looks incredible, and I can't wait to give it to my friend. I also work in customer service and I honestly can't remember the last time I was treated so well in a retail store. Big thank you, once again, to Christine for all her hard work, and I am really looking forward to my next visit!

(With Demonstration Ginseng Farm Onsite)This is a small plaza including Ginseng Farm, Antique shop, Lavender shop, lavender farm, and Wine tour. Visitors will spend half of the day in that exceptional attraction. Great Mountain Ginseng Founded in 1989 by Charles and Diana Yeh, Great Mountain Ginseng is one of the largest ginseng retailers in Canada. We were the first Chinese owned and operated the company to establish a major commercial ginseng Agri-business in the Canadian Province of Ontario. Knowing the superiority of Ontario grown ginseng, and having been one of the earliest Chinese growers, and with Diana Yeh's retail expertise, the Yeh family knew the vast potential of opening a retail outlet. Due to their superior quality, Great Mountain Ginseng is well known in Canada, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China for their Ontario ginseng products.

4.5 star. I am from Frederick, Maryland. I moved to Frederick, Maryland because I love the quaint, historical charm and the boutique-like shops in downtown. Queen Street in Niagara-on-the-Lakes, ON, CAN is similar to my current town. I love towns like these. It brings back a nostalgia peaceful feeling. Additionally, I love cooking and just recently ventured with wanting to cook with better quality ingredients outside of the neighborhood grocery store. This is a great food shop. Not just because they offer specialty sauces, dips, and jams...but because you are able to taste your way through the store. It was convenient and fun to sample everything - making me confident in my purchase. At the time I went, they were also running a sale: 3 Kurtz items for CAD 30 (about $23 USD). Not bad, considering a bottle of sauce runs about CAD 13-20. The sauces, dips, and jams are absolutely delicious. They have an online shop. Unfortunately, they only offer a limited number of items online than they do in the store. This is disappointing since I live in the states. Be sure to stock up if you are in the store. I really liked the BUTTERNUT SQUASH PASTA SAUCE (not available online), ASIAGO DRESSING, and RED PEPPER GARLIC DRESSING. I also liked the Stonewall Kitchen's CARAMELIZED ONION MUSTARD (not available online) and Robert Rothschild's GINGER WASABI SAUCE (not available online). If more of their items were available online, this undoubtedly would be a 5 star.
