Booked Chow Taxis for a return trip to Bristol Airport 7:15 fight so arrival was 2 hrs before plus allow 1hr travel time. The Taxi arrival & journey was seamless and on time. The driver rang just prior to his arrival which gave us time to ensure last minute items/tasks were completed ready. The journey was smooth & compfortable, the driver friendly & helpful. Booking was also customer friendly & efficient we had rung twice, once to check availability, prices were acceptable/reasonable and the necessary required arrangements, then finally to book the trip. While we were abroad due to the current Covid-19 problem our holiday was curtailed by the local government action to repatriate people. This was very traumatic as flights were cancelled one after another & each time we rang Chow Taxis, the answer was no problem & rescheduled the booking, which was reassuring. The overall impression given was professional & we thank Chow for their good helpful service. Very pleased to have a reliable local Chow Taxi business to be able to rely on for the future.
