Since reading Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat, I have been more mindful of the flavor enhancing and balancing effect of small amounts of acid. This is a small storefront shop with many different vinegars, mainly balsamic, white and dark, accented with different fruits and spices. You are encouraged to taste freely of those that are interesting. The ability to know what you are buying makes the premium price worth while for a premium product. While I put the opening date on both my oil and vinegar bottles I get 6 times as long a shelf life for vinegar and am willing to stock up when I visit. We shipped ours home and they arrived within a week of purchase, expertly packed.

Seaside Gallery and Goods is a collective of small business owners specializing in creating clothing, art, home decor, accessories and so much more. All products are locally made or curated by local residents. Our goal is to provide the community and those visiting Newport Beach, with items that support local business and provide our customers with a unique shopping experience. Our local artisans and entrepreneurs are often in the shop to talk to our customers in person about their products, goods and services. Join us in the adjacent Pelican Courtyard where you will find other shops, such as a Floral Studio, Pilates Studio, Esthetician and Design Studio all surrounding a lovely venue for weddings, wine tastings, birthday parties, community workshops and more. Stop in for a visit or to meet with our local residents, who can show you around the shop and make great suggestions on other things to do and see while in Newport Beach and the surrounding area.

I had followed Roger's Gardens for a year on Instagram and knew I had to visit on our trip to Cali. I bought some flower seeds to bring back to Tennessee and plant this spring to remember our trip. Everything was beautiful and if you're a plant person, you'll be excited to stroll the property and see all the different kinds they have. The decor was astonishing.
