Mt Arapiles Multi Pitch Climbing Course. Monday April 26. 2021. Glorious weather provided a magnificent backdrop to a week long climbing multi pitch course in Arapiles, Victoria. With a group of 6 and 2 very experienced guides it was a great experience. The guides with different levels of experience in extreme sports, both blended well to provide a truly safe, professional and confident training experience. I would have no hesitations in recommending this course.

This is our first trip to Australia and we did not know what to expect. We found a gem! Not only is Sydney a beautiful city worth multiple visits, but Jelle was a personable, well spoken guide. We are only in Sydney for a few days (leaving on a cruise) so we tried to jam in multiple short tours. I would take this again. It was great seeing all of the special places in this great city. I left the tours wanting to come back again. What else can I say? Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our Western Plains trip. My husband's favourite bit was Mayfield Gardens, and I would also place it at the top, however, the Dubbo Zoo overnight was hard to beat. We actually had around 24 hrs at the Zoo and every minute was great, despite the 42o heat on day 2. Cowra Peace Gardens also could not be faulted, nor the dinner and breakfast at Montrose House, Canowindra. As for Yeoval - what a find, the Banjo Paterson Museum and Alf and Sharon's coffee & scones! It was 5 days packed with interest, good company, and great information from Janine and Jeff. Oh, by the way, food was also really good, and we heaved a sigh of relief when we undertook our First Peoples cultural tour with Gerard - Janine thought he was providing lunch, but he had prepared afternoon tea. We all cheered - as Sharon's scones had more than covered morning tea AND lunch! Gerard was another wonderful find. Our leaders had really done their homework!

This was my first time doing a tour with INTRO Travel and they did not disappoint! Everything from start to finish was organised for me. From hotels, to restaurants to transport, I didn’t need to worry about a thing! I loved everything about the trip but my favourite bit was staying at Sarana Bungalows and seeing the amazing beaches and view points in Koh Phangan. The locals are so friendly and it’s lovely to see the bond between the locals and the group leaders. I made memories I’ll never forget and friends for life. The best way to see Thailand, I definitely recommend the the 9 day Thailand tour. Thank you INTRO Travel!

We had a great day with this company. Pre-tour, we dealt with James whose communication was immediate and thorough. He gave his honest option on car sickness, which was very accurate. Thankfully his recommendation of what to do worked out well and I got through it in one piece. Word to the wise, you do spend a lot of time in the car on the one day tour so car sickness might be a problem for some people. If this sounds like you and you have the additional day up your sleeve, best to pick their 2 day option. Alas, we only had one day, so we had to bite the bullet. On the day, Aaron was our guide. We got some incredible snaps, as he had a great talent for getting us to great picture spots when there wouldn’t be a lot of people there. I’m not sure if this was by accident or on purpose, but I expect the latter. He was also very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna and we got to meet his wife en-route and she came out of her house beside the road, to wave to us and to give Aaron his work packed lunch for the day. It was nice to know we were being driven around by a real local. And because he was local, he really did seem to deliver us to some delightfully quiet but equally picturesque spots along the way.
