Atlantis was a great place to shop with shops up and down the aisles. Was staying at the Riu next door to the Atlantis and seemed to spend more time at the Atlantis... Beautiful and fun place to visit.

Rose Island

Reviewed By Paul C - Auburn, Georgia

I did the snuba excursion again for the third year in a row, booked through Atlantis and handled through Blue Adventures and Stuart's Cove. The price for a three-hour tour was $96, same as last year and not a bad deal for snuba, especially for a boat-dive.
Some aspects of this year's excursion were similar to past years: there was a group doing snuba and another group doing snorkeling; the snorkel group would snorkel at two sites, while we in the snuba group ended up snorkeling over the first site and doing snuba at the second.
--And that's where the similarities end. This year we also had a pair of scuba participants aboard the dive-boat, and as the overall group was smaller than in the past, we only had a crew of 2 handling the boat and acting as safety divers and observers for our group. The boat captain watched the snorkelers from the boat, while his mate acted as safety diver for the scuba participants first, then our snuba group second.
Also unlike previous years, the seas and waves were running very high this time around. It was difficult towing the snuba raft against the wind and the current, and for whatever reason (maybe , we did not visit the site of the underwater wreck this year, which was a disappointment.
These, plus difficulties in establishing the proper weight and buoyancy for myself, made it a less than optimal experience this year.

We've visited Tiki Bikini numerous times. From Diva welcoming us, Michael getting us set up with chairs and umbrellas to Jordan waiting on us all day - this continues to be one of our favorite stops on a cruise. Byron welcomed us like family and the upgrades are wonderful! The food menu has expanded as well. We'll see you again soon!

Stingray City Bahamas

Reviewed By ALinCA5512 - La Habra, California

As part of the Royal Caribbean shore excursion option, we got an amazing experience to swim, touch, feed, and hold Sting Rays.
The private island has limited things to do besides the normal stuff, so this was incredible.
We did the 1st morning tour. Maybe we were just lucky, but our group had 10 people compared to the following groups with 35 and 45 people. So test your luck with signing up for the 1st group.
It is crazy to think these are wild sting rays. They taught us the basics to stay safe.
Pictures are taken and available for purchase after. Cash only on the island or you have to use the website later for pictures. Photos are placed on a CD, 1 for $15 and each additional is $10. Worth It, but I am a sucker for photos.
Take an underwater camera if you have one.
So glad we did this.

Christ Church Cathedral

Reviewed By Betsy R - Sister Bay, Wisconsin

We attended services here both Dec. 24 and Dec. 25. Christ Church Cathedral is a large and historic church, dating from 1670, with a warm and welcoming congregation. The music was splendid. As Episcopalians visiting from the States, we felt completely at home. A wonderful place to celebrate Christmas!
