Kids love Fellowship- the hour AFTER church service ends for its “heavenly” donuts; adults enjoy the “Academy” hour shortly after service for a weekly lecture on a number of different topics; families love Wednesday nights at FPC for Bible study and stories and a communal dinner... I love going to this church, for the people who call it their second home and the warm welcome one receives as they walk in the door each Sunday. Led by two ordained ministers with young families of their own, Sean Miller and Andre Castillo, go out of their way to open their hearts and share their love of faith and God. Come one Sunday! I’ll bet you’ll come again! - Bonnie in Connecticut!

Besides the magnificent foliage in October in Vermont, a two day stay at the Weston Priory was as close to heaven as I can imagine: Chanting by the Benedictine brothers, silence at mealtime to truly focus on what we eat, and meditation. A sublime experience

If you find yourself in Lewiston, Maine and are a fan of architecture (regardless of your faith preference), I highly recommend that you stop by this iconic landmark. The Basilica is not only on the national register of historic places, but is also the second largest church in all of New England. The church was built in the late 19th/early 20th century by the thousands of French Canadian (Catholic) immigrants that flooded into the area to work in the mills for a chance at a better life.

Dedicated in 1763, this is the oldest synagogue in the United States.
This is truly an historical experience, looking into the past of those early American inhabitants of the Jewish faith. It sheds light on the "immigrants" who came to America from all walks of life. For the family.

This 1805 Bennington church is where poet Robert Frost is buried.
This is a classic New England church which proudly maintains its Puritan connections. Although an active parish, docents are available during the week to share its history dating back to 1805. From the soapstone foot warmer to the architectural sound dome in the ceiling, you will not want to miss this gem.
