Follow us to see the best spots on the Acadian coastal drive! In your own car, you will follow us up the Acadian Coastal Drive. The beautiful sights will surely blow you away as we take our time to stop at 6 different locations. The first stop is the well-known, Chez Léo. Their most famous dish will be offered to you as the owner’s son explains the family business. We will then make our way to Joe’s Smokehouse where you will have a taste of bbq goodness. The last food stop will be a bit different since we’ll do it take out! We will stop by Joe Caissie’s to get oysters and we will stop at a local beach to taste them. Along the way, we will stop at different wharfs since they’re full of history. Finally, Daniel Leger, an Acadian artist, will welcome you to his musical barn behind his house to end the tour. We are lucky to include him in our partners this year, as well as all the restaurant owners that you will get to meet.

Our second tour with Viva Shediac and another wonderful day ! We had the BEST fried clams ever!! - at Chez Leo and enjoyed meeting the owner and manager. The 40km drive was beautiful and we loved the oysters ! ( and the sausage !) They introduced us to Grange Du Chavire - a very special stop on your Sunday Drive Tour ! Daniel Leger was both charming and talented ! He entertained us with songs and stories of his life thru music! We can’t say enough about the experience ! The entire tour is fabulous - but meeting Daniel and hearing his music was the highlight ! Thanks again for another great day !

The McAdam Train Museum is a blast from the past, fantastic recreation of days gone by. Dinner by the Lions Club Members and volunteers, served piping hot and generous servings. The skits were hilarious and of course we joined in as best we could. Came home happy but tired. Even watched a movie on the bus - Princess Diana's Last Days, played bingo (great prizes) and sang Christmas songs. Started out with strangers, were friends by the end.
