Follow us to see the best spots on the Acadian coastal drive! In your own car, you will follow us up the Acadian Coastal Drive. The beautiful sights will surely blow you away as we take our time to stop at 6 different locations. The first stop is the well-known, Chez Léo. Their most famous dish will be offered to you as the owner’s son explains the family business. We will then make our way to Joe’s Smokehouse where you will have a taste of bbq goodness. The last food stop will be a bit different since we’ll do it take out! We will stop by Joe Caissie’s to get oysters and we will stop at a local beach to taste them. Along the way, we will stop at different wharfs since they’re full of history. Finally, Daniel Leger, an Acadian artist, will welcome you to his musical barn behind his house to end the tour. We are lucky to include him in our partners this year, as well as all the restaurant owners that you will get to meet.

What a great time. Food was amazing. Best Mussels I’ve ever had, bacon wrapped scallops, Fricot (Google it and try it), and ending with some delicious chocolates. Karine was amazing and showed us why she loved Shediac.

The McAdam Train Museum is a blast from the past, fantastic recreation of days gone by. Dinner by the Lions Club Members and volunteers, served piping hot and generous servings. The skits were hilarious and of course we joined in as best we could. Came home happy but tired. Even watched a movie on the bus - Princess Diana's Last Days, played bingo (great prizes) and sang Christmas songs. Started out with strangers, were friends by the end.

Our tour begins with a visit to the seaside community of St. Martins. You'll step back in time and sense the serenity of this area with its wharf, fishing boats, and piled lobster traps. With the ocean as a backdrop, you'll capture memorable photos of many interesting features such as lighthouses and the twin covered bridges. Don't forget to visit the wave-carved sea caves in the sandstone cliff if the tide is low enough to allow access while you're there. Learn about this small community's wooden ship building industry and see some of the highest tides in the world ebb and flow during your visit. You'll also visit the famous Reversing Falls, where the huge tides from the Bay of Fundy force the mighty Saint John River. Before returning to the cruise ship, we'll stop and explore the unique Old City Market in the heart of Saint John and learn why the local folks have loved to buy fresh produce here since 1876. 10. Golf in Saint John New Brunwick

Marco Polo Cruise Terminal, 111 Water St, Saint John, NB E2L 0B1, Canada Freedom Tours

Regardless of season, a round at Golf Rockwood is a treat to the wonders of nature. Set in the midst of a 2200 acre pristine urban park it’s not uncommon to share your time with deer, groundhogs, small fox and ducks. While a relatively short course, at 5925 yards, the unique hillside terrain presents an exciting challenge that truly rewards and keeps the ball in play. This is one of those rare courses that seems to play much longer than the scorecard yardage indicates, and is incredibly challenging from the back tees, yet offers a very playable and fair challenge from the middle and forward tees for the less skilled players.
