We harvest as many local and organic ingredients as possible to create smooth yet intense aromas and flavours in our German made Jacob CARL copper still. We produce whiskey, gin, rum and a variety of locally grown fruit liqueurs which can all be tasted at McCashins Kitchen and Bar.

Greenhough is one of Nelson’s longest established cellars. A colourful, bespoke, tiled entry floor by local ceramic artist Steve Fullmer, opens to a spacious tasting room and courtyard overlooking the Hope Vineyard and Barnicoat Range beyond. Isel Twilight Market is on every Thursday evening from 4.30pm until dark. Held in Isel park, Stoke, Nelson. Bring the whole family along and relax in the beautiful surroundings of the park.
